The Blox Office provides ticketing, event hosting, event promotion, event production, and marketing services to venue operators and other organizers and promoters of concerts, theatrical performances and other live events (collectively the “Event Providers”). This policy (the “Policy”) describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit the website thebloxoffice.com (our “Website”) and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information, including disclosure to Event Providers and third-party service providers who assist us with matters such as payment processing and marketing (“Third-Party Service Providers”).   • in email, text, and other electronic messages between you and this Website; and/or
  • when you purchase tickets through this website.

By using our Website, you give your consent to our collection of your personal information, which may be collected, used, and disclosed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. If you are in the European Union, do not use this Website to purchase tickets.

You may be required to provide financial information before placing an order through our Website. Event Providers who are also users of the website are subject to additional terms under separate agreement.

We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. However, we may disclose personal information to our Event Providers for their direct marketing purposes.

  • To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of The Blox Office’s assets, in which personal information held by The Blox Office about our Website users is among the assets transferred
  • To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it

  • To comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request.

8. CHOICES ABOUT HOW WE USE AND DISCLOSE YOUR INFORMATION

We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information:
  • Promotional Offers from the Company. If you do not wish to have your email address used by The Blox Office to promote our own or third parties’ products or services, you can opt-out:
    • if we have sent you a promotional email, by using the “unsubscribe” link in the email
    • if you receive a call or text at the telephone number you have provided, by calling or sending a text message to the number provided during the call
    • if you are logged into the app, by navigating to the "Privacy" tab within the "Account" section and selecting the unsubscribe option

These opt outs do not apply to information provided to the The Blox Office as a result of a ticket purchase, service experience or other transactions.

9. ACCESSING AND CORRECTING YOUR INFORMATION

You can review and change your user name, email address, and billing information by logging into the Website and visiting your account profile page. If you delete your user Account from the Website, your information will still be retained by The Blox Office and our Third-Party Service Providers.

10. DATA SECURITY

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology. Credit card information is retained only by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. For more information, please see Stripe’s legal policies. All remaining information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls. The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Website, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our Website. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Website.
